We inspect for problems that can cost you big money, if not caught early.
A small leak or drip that is not reported by the tenant can cause all kinds of major problems, if left unfixed for months.

Most will just pull it out and never get the new one, or don't even know there is anything to change.

We will send you a complete report.
If any major problem is found, we will call you from the sight to inform you.
Our on site inspection includes;

· Look for missing and flaking paint and cocking on the outside.
· At entry doors, look for water damage to doors and floors.
· We check for anything that may be a health hazard or unsafe condition,

We will also report anything that we think is heavy wear or abuse to your property.
We will call and set up a time with the tenant every quarter. You may observe the inspection if you wish, but not required.
